Cinema no Estendal is a traveling cinema.
We celebrate the occupation of public space, neighborhood life, clotheslines, the neighbor's underwear, and short films.
This year we're taking over the steps of the Forno do Tijolo Market with short films, food, and music.
In partnership with Queer Lisboa, we will present four award-winning short films from the 2024 edition on September 12th at 8 pm – a "warm-up" for the festival. On September 13th, we will screen a selection of queer and feminist films, both Portuguese and international.
After the sessions we have a DJ set to shake our underwear.
Come hungry: we'll have food in partnership with Gambuzino Burger!
Bring your grandparents, children, friends, and neighbors – here, cinema is for everyone!
