This exhibition took place in the old laundry area of Pátio do Moca, in Arroios. The CNE occupied this public space in collaboration with Queer Lisboa, with the support of EGEAC, the Lisbon City Council and the Arroios Parish Council. The event took place on September 13, 2024.
As is customary, before the screening of the short films, we presented the session's introductory film, which featured people from the neighborhood.
The neighborhood welcomes the public.

Edge (Skraj)

In a universe where forms and emotions intertwine, "[S]" is a sensory and abstract journey that explores transformation and identity through powerful visual metaphors.
Snow
"Snow" is a delicate animated poem about the fleeting nature of life and the quiet beauty of small moments, captured in the lightness of a snowflake.
Furry
In a city where loneliness is the norm, a furry creature roams the streets in search of connection. "Furrie" is a tender fable about belonging and acceptance.
Nobody
A young woman drifts through Lisbon, battling social and personal invisibility. "Nobody" is an intimate portrait of identity, loneliness, and the desire to be seen.
Four Holes
Pepe, an elderly Spaniard, created an improvised golf course on the outskirts of Madrid. Between shots and silences, he and Daniela, a young filmmaker with whom he shares deafness, find a new language to communicate.
