Cinema no Estendal is an itinerant short film festival, of any genre, from video art to documentaries and fiction, experimental films to music videos. We have as only requirements that the candidate works be up to 15 minutes long, and have all rights to be publicly displayed.
We start this season of Cinema on the Washingline with a special edition. We called it Shorts from Here. From here because they are films made here, in Portugal. They are short films that have appeared on our washingslines before but to which we return because they are very beautiful and we think we should see them again.
Come, we're bringing the cinema back to the streets!
